Birth Ball Exercises

I've gotten my birth ball out, and DH aired it up for me to the precise specifications.  Well, I'm sitting on it, and it feels a  lot better.  I can't kneel, so what are some other exercises I can do on a birthing ball?  Just so you know, I'm expecting answers from all my midwife, doula, nurse, and experienced followers!

  2. With the SPD, it really helps me to not hurt so badly. But all I know to do is sit on it and bounce with my legs at 90 degrees. It's become my chair all over the house. Now keeping the children off it is proving to be more difficult than I thought...

  3. I use my exercise ball to stretch my back by twisting to each side. When I got to use a birthing ball with my last, I was on the floor on my knees, hugging it. My doula gave me a back rub while I was doing that. Other than that? Sit and stretch calf muscles.?

    Hugs,
    Melinda
